Apple's iWatch could lead to time behind bars...

Apple digital crownApple's smart-watch isn't even available for purchase yet but there have already been warnings issued regarding drivers who will have smart-watches in use. Anyone driving while using a smart-watch will be issued the same fine as using their phone their phone whilst driving. This could lead up to over a fine of £100 or $162 and 3 penalty points for being distracted by a gadget behind the wheel. Noooooooo! Of course it would be up to the officer to decide what you were doing on the gadget. Apple has also declined the telegraph's request for a comment. You decide what that means...
